Fees
Gateway's facilities are open Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm. Events requiring a special opening or locking up will require an additional $25.
Sound technician and equipment fees will depend on room and length of time needed. A 3-4 hour reservation will range from $75 to $150.
Classroom fees are refundable upon cancellation with 3 days notice. Up to one half of the fee for all other rooms and kitchen will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to reserved date.

Guidelines for Overnight Accommodations
NOTE: Please call the church office (314-821-2156) during regular business hours (8:30–5:00 Monday–Friday) before your stay to arrange for someone to meet your group and confirm your schedule.
- Only church-affiliated groups will be considered for overnight accommodations; there is a $25 charge per room, per night. In addition, we need a certificate of liability from your church's insurance company.
- Groups will be expected to use only the areas designated to them and abide by all guideline requirements.
- Leaders will supervise use of restrooms and make sure they are kept in a clean and orderly manner during their stay.
- Groups who eat meals in our facility will provide their own paper products or replace any items they use. (Be sure to request the use of the kitchen on the reservation form.)
- Any items moved to accommodate your group must be returned to their proper locations.
- Upon departure, group leaders will walk through all the rooms used, making sure items were not left behind and to ensure rooms are in order.
- Overnight guests must fill out a Room Reservation form, sign it, and return it for approval before reservations are confirmed. A cell phone # of the leader must be provided and a call made to the office during business hours on the business day prior to your arrival to indicate the arrival time.
- Further instructions, changes, if any, and overnight room assignments will be given to leaders upon arrival.
